Our leadership team grew up in leading management consulting firms and we decided to bring that experience to our clients with a boutique firm focused on Strategy, Innovation & Digital – Aberdeen Advisors.
We know that it takes strategy, design, and execution to transform and optimize your business. We pride ourselves in the fact that our services span from strategy to delivery. Our core competency is all things Strategy, Innovation & Digital for Fortune 500, private equity firms, and startups. We focus on creating business value through technology and typically partner with c-suite executives for that purpose. However, we are just as comfortable building solutions with technical teams (or assume all build responsibilities).
Because we are experienced and nimble, we can deliver projects with little overhead while bringing our previous large firm experience to the table; and that is what we consider our biggest differentiator. We can cover any or all phases of the project lifecycle - spanning the upfront strategy, the translation of business goals into technology roadmaps, vendor selection and Agility and Business architecture, all the way to development and management of apps with agile teams.
We are headquartered in Chicago, with satellite offices in Hyderabad, India.
